These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website https://www.friscocolonypestcontrol.com (the "Site") and to the text messaging program operated by Frisco & The Colony Pest Control ("Frisco & The Colony Pest Control," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a request, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

The Site provides information about our pest control services and a way to request a service call. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us. You may not use automated tools to submit forms, interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt to access parts of the Site that are not intended for public use.

Service requests and estimates

Submitting the request form does not create an appointment or a contract for services. We will contact you to discuss your request, and any service is subject to our agreement with you at that time, including the price and scope of work. Information on the Site about pests and treatments is general in nature and is not a diagnosis of your specific situation.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on our basic sprays, as described on the Site. Any other warranty terms will be stated in your service agreement. Except as expressly stated, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number through our request form, by calling us, or by sending us a text message, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Frisco & The Colony Pest Control about your service request, estimate, appointments and account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not send marketing text messages.

• Message frequency varies depending on your request and service schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We may send messages using an automated system. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to carrier availability.

Intellectual property
